Site Licenses
One or more Site Licenses, as defined in our terms of service, come with every Subscription Type and you're required to register a Site License before using our products on a Production Installed System.

Additional Site Licenses
Additional Site Licenses can be added to your Susbcription and will result in a single charge immediately and subsequent charges every Billing Period for as long as your Subscription remains active.

Seats
We limit the cumulative number of users across all your Site Licenses. With 1 seat, a person can have access to multiple Production Installed Systems, as long as he or she authenticates to these Production Installed Systems with the same email address.

For as long as your Subscription is active you have access to product updates and support.

Ticket system support
The primary channel for support is our Support Desk, where DXPR representatives will help you with support questions, feature requests, and bug reports. 
Hands-on Support
Hands-on support means support that involves DXPR representatives logging in on your Drupal website and/or hosting environment in order to investigate and/or fix any issues you are experiencing.
Phone/Video Call Support
While our support forum is the primary channel sometimes we just need sit down and talk through important questions, remarks, future plans, or complex product integrations.
Same-day Response Priority Tickets
For Enterprise subscribers we provide a separate priority ticket system where we assign dedicated support and development resources to your most urgent high-priority support tickets. We put our resources to work on these priority tickets the same working day we receive the tickets.

A dedicated account manager is a designated DXPR represenatative whom you can contact directly as part of your Subscription Service.
