  • 1 AI credit = 1 generated word of content from DXPR AI
  • When building pages with DXPR Builder's generative AI, we only count the word count of the generated content, not the input or output tokens
  • HTML markup does not count toward your credits, only the actual readable content
  • 1 generated image = 1,000 credits

This straightforward approach means you always know exactly what you are paying for: the valuable content that appears on your pages, not technical overhead.

Every DXPR account receives a monthly allocation of free AI credits, which are automatically refreshed on the first day of each calendar month. This ensures you always have credits available to generate content and images with DXPR AI.

If you need additional credits beyond your monthly allocation, you can easily purchase more at any time. Simply visit your subscription credits page to top up your account with extra credits.

You need one User for each individual person who has permission to edit with DXPR Builder. If a person has access to edit with DXPR Builder on multiple systems this user must have the same email address associated with their Drupal accounts on all systems.

You can stop your subscription at any time, we do not hold you to any termination notice period. With DXPR Builder 2 and up you do not need to remove our software from your website. Your content and design will keep working as before but you will lose the capability to edit this content visually.

You can try our products risk-free for 20 days thanks to our refund policy. If within the first 20 days of your subscription you decide that you do not wish to continue using our products you will get a full refund.
