1. Download the DXPR Builder module with the command composer require drupal/dxpr_builder
  2. Click on Extend in the toolbar and enable DXPR Builder
  3. Click DXPR Studio in the toolbar
  4. Click the DXPR Builder link
  5. Click the General Settings link
  6. Copy the product key from the Getting Started page and paste it into the Product key field
  7. Click Structure in the toolbar
  8. Click the Content Types link
  9. To enable DXPR Builder for a specific content type go to the content type's Manage Display form
  10. Set DXPR Builder as format on any text field you want to control with DXPR Builder
