Do your best work at DXPR.

We are a fully remote team building the tools that let marketers fall in love with Drupal. Join us and shape the open web with colleagues across Europe, North Africa, and Southeast Asia.

6 open roles · remote-first since day one · headquartered in Amsterdam

Work remotely, where you thrive

No central office, no commute. Async by default with overlap hours across European time zones, so deep work stays protected.

Build open-source tools

DXPR Theme is 100% free and open source. The code you ship powers 2,000+ organizations, from the United Nations to universities worldwide.

A small team. Work you own.

Ten people, six countries, zero middle management. You will own features end to end and talk directly to the people who use them.

Benefits that respect real life.

Fictitious benefits for this design study, modeled on what a remote European product company typically offers.

Work from anywhere

Live where you want within UTC-1 to UTC+4. We provide a home-office budget and coworking allowance.

Flexible hours

Async-first with four overlap hours for collaboration. School runs and life admin fit around work, not the reverse.

Growth budget

€2,000 per year for courses, conferences, and books, plus a yearly retreat somewhere in Europe with the whole team.

Health and rest

Comprehensive health coverage, 25 vacation days minimum, and a company-wide week off between Christmas and New Year.

Open source time

Ten percent of your time for Drupal contributions, side projects, or writing. Conference talks encouraged and sponsored.

Family friendly

Generous parental leave beyond statutory minimums and a phased return, because careers are longer than sprints.

Top of the line kit

A laptop of your choice, renewed every three years, plus display, chair, and accessories on day one.

Wellbeing first

Monthly wellbeing stipend, no-meeting Fridays, and a culture that treats time off as time off.

Life at DXPR: a small team across borders.

Founded during the COVID-19 era, DXPR never had an office to miss. We collaborate across six countries and four time zones, meeting in person twice a year and writing everything else down.

Designers review in Figma, engineers review in merge requests, and everyone reviews over coffee on our weekly demo call, where the newest hire's work gets the same stage as the CEO's.

Our hiring process, in four steps.

1

Send your CV and two sentences on why DXPR. A human reads every application within five working days.

2

A 30 minute video chat about the role, the team, and your questions. No trick questions, no whiteboard.

3

Paid trial task

A small, real task compensated at contractor rates. You keep the rights to everything you make.

4

Team interview

Meet three future colleagues, then receive an offer with salary bands attached. Decisions within a week.

Your questions about working at DXPR.

These answers are fictitious. As written for this study: DXPR hires remotely within UTC-1 to UTC+4 and does not sponsor relocation, but supports contractor-to-employee transitions where local law allows.

Every offer in this study includes a published band benchmarked to Dutch market rates and adjusted for local cost of labor, shared before the trial task so nobody works for free on an unknown number.

Written updates over status meetings, four overlap hours for pairing and reviews, and a weekly demo call where the whole team shows finished work. Decisions live in shared docs, not in chat scrollback.

Yes, for design, frontend, and support roles. Drupal depth matters for the backend roles; for the rest, strong craft plus curiosity about open source counts for more.
