## 资料控制的内容

- **Start editor when page loads**：编辑控件是立即显示，还是仅在点击主容器的眼睛图标后显示。
- **Control bars**：编辑人员找到元素控制栏的位置。
- **Elements**：元素选择器提供哪些元素。
- **Blocks** 和 **Views**：编辑人员可以放置哪些 Drupal 区块和 Views 显示。
- **Page templates** 和 **Global user templates**：编辑人员可以插入哪些模板。
- **Icon sets**：图标选择器提供哪些图标集。
- **Text editor buttons (inline editing)** 和 **Text editor buttons (modal editing)**：文本编辑器工具栏。

新创建的区块、视图显示和模板对资料保持隐藏，直到您勾选它们，或勾选 **Check/Uncheck all** 针对该组。

## 哪个资料适用

每个资料列出 **Roles** 它适用的对象。当编辑人员打开页面时，DXPR Builder 从权重最低的已启用资料开始遍历 **Weight** 到最高。第一个与编辑人员共享角色的资料适用。如果没有资料匹配，编辑人员看到每个元素、区块、视图、模板和图标集。

字段也可以为每个编辑它的人强制指定一个资料：**Editing Profile** 设置，属于 **DXPR Builder** 格式化器，位于 **Manage display**内容类型的。

## 资料和许可证

资料不会降低您的许可证计数。每个带以下权限的账户 **Edit with DXPR Builder**权限占用一个许可证，无论其资料显示什么。要停止账户计数，收回权限或排除账户，如 [让编辑人员不超出您的许可证](/zh-hans/hc/documentation/learn-dxpr-builder/licensing/managing-licences)解释。

## 按角色规划资料

- **内容营销人员** 用审核通过的部件构建页面：为其提供 Text、Image、Button、Card 和 Video、您批准的页面模板以及简短的内联工具栏。
- **站长** 设置布局：勾选 **Check/Uncheck all** 在每个组中，以便新的区块、视图和模板自动为其出现。

管理资料需要 **Administer dxpr builder profile** 权限。
