RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is een type webfeed voor updates van websites in een gestandaardiseerd, computerleesbaar formaat. RSS publiceert meestal vaak bijgewerkte content zoals blogberichten, nieuwskoppen, audio en video. In de Drupal-context syndiceert RSS content van een Drupal-website naar andere websites of applicaties.

RSS-feeds genereert Drupal met de module Syndication. Daarmee maken gebruikers RSS-feeds voor elk contenttype, waaronder nodes, reacties, taxonomietermen en gebruikers. De RSS-feed is aan te passen met specifieke velden, zoals titel, body, auteur en datum. Ook filter je de RSS-feed op contenttype, taal en andere criteria.
