La forma recomendada de instalar y actualizar un sitio Drupal 10 es con Composer.

1. Para actualizar el núcleo, todos los módulos y el tema desactualizados, actualizar la base de datos y vaciar la caché:

    ```plaintext
    composer update "drupal/" --with-all-dependencies
    drush updatedb
    drush cache:rebuild
    ```
2. Para ver las actualizaciones, usa el comando integrado de Composer:

    ```plaintext
    composer outdated "drupal/*"
    ```
3. Para ver las actualizaciones de seguridad, usa Drush:

    ```plaintext
    drush pm:security
    ```
4. Para actualizar un módulo o tema concreto, usa el comando de Composer siguiente:

    ```plaintext
    composer update drupal/modulename --with-all-dependencies
    ```
5. Para subir de versión principal (por ejemplo de 1.x a 2.x), usa el comando de Composer siguiente y sustituye el nuevo número de versión principal según necesites:

    ```plaintext
    composer require drupal/modulename:^2.0
    ```
6. Tras actualizar, ejecuta las actualizaciones de base de datos pendientes, reconstruye la caché y exporta las configuraciones que puedan haber cambiado, revisando los cambios con `--diff`:

    ```plaintext
    drush updatedb
    drush cache:rebuild
    drush config:export --diff
    ```
